Complaints

For our cut flower products in the online store, it is not customary to refund money for the ordered service. However, we are ready to handle each complaint individually and resolve it in the interests of both the buyer and the seller. In case of agreement, re-delivery of the selected or similar product is possible. For complaints, you can contact us via the contact form or phone.

The Provider makes every effort to ensure the consistency and up-to-dateness of the data and photos of the products published on the website. The photos should be taken as symbolic and do not guarantee the properties of the Product. The actual Product may differ from the photo on the website, mainly due to seasonal variations and the availability of individual types and colors of flowers at the time of purchase. The Provider does not guarantee full identity of the product with the photo, but undertakes to come as close as possible to the desired product from the offer when making a purchase, and that the selected flowers or colors of flowers will be appropriate for the event and the purpose of the purchase.

Information about any warranty is also listed on the product presentation page. If there is no warranty information, the Product or part of the product does not have a warranty due to its specifics, or the information is not known at this time. In the latter case, the user can ask the provider for specific information.

The Provider will make every effort to fulfill its obligation to establish an effective complaints handling system. Users can send complaints and claims by e-mail, regular mail or fax. The Provider will confirm receipt of the complaint within five working days, inform the User how long it will take to handle it and keep him/her informed about the progress of the procedure, and will make every effort to resolve any disputes amicably.
