We deliver Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00, on Saturday from 8:00 to 12:00. There is no delivery on Sundays and holidays. Delivery is made as soon as possible after receipt of payment.
To deliver mourning products, we need: the time and hour of the funeral, the name and surname of the deceased, and the wreath. All funeral orders are delivered at least 1 hour before the funeral. In addition to being on time, it is necessary to place the product and make sure it is clearly visible, while also taking into account other mourning flowers and the size of the wreath.
Delivery is completed when the recipient signs that the ordered flowers have been received . Delivery is also completed in cases where:
- the recipient does not want to accept the goods
- The recipient address is incorrect.
- The order is unfortunate and there is no one in the village to sign for it.
- The recipient is not physically at this address at the time of delivery, and other persons related to him/her refuse to accept these goods.
- In the event of a completed delivery, even if it was unsuccessful, the buyer will be notified by email, phone or SMS.
